Now that our dining rooms are back open, we wanted to give you an update on a few of the changes we have made as we open our doors back up to you.
We have greatly reduced our dining capacity to allow for 6 ft of social distancing between tables. This is true for indoor and outdoor seating. Our staff practices social distancing as well and we stagger shift changes as much as possible. Furthermore, we are currently renovating our workspaces in ways that will allow for more space and efficiency of service. (You may have noticed on a recent visit some changes!) We are now offering table service to reduce any lines that form in store and to keep everyone safely seated during their visit.
If you feel sick please stay home, our team members will too.
All of our team members in the front and back of house are wearing facial coverings to reduce the spread of the virus. While dining with us, it is not required for you to wear one. However, please wear one if you get up from your table and while visiting the store for pick-up.
All of our team members have always held the proper food handler certification required by the state. We wash our hands frequently, where gloves when handling ready to eat foods, and have hand sanitizer available for staff and customers at our stores. We have also added extra hand washing sinks that are available for staff and customer use. Good health starts with clean hands!
We are continuing to individually wrap condiments, pastries and cupcakes while limiting the use of reusable tableware as much as possible. As much as we dislike the waste of all the paper products being used right now (we pride ourselves in being eco-conscious) we know this is the best choice for the times.
NO CONTACT PICK-UP
Both stores are still offering pick-up for our online store orders as well as delivery through third party partners. We have designated spaces for your orders to reduce contact with staff and customers placing orders.
We truly appreciate your support through this roller coaster ride we have been on together. As we re-open our doors and hearts to you, we wish you the best of well being and hope to see you soon!

With Valentine's Day a little more than a week away...it's time to start getting serious about our favorite holiday. Valentine's Day is an excuse for us bakers to make everything pink and sparkly with loads of cheer and color. Just right to brighten that special someone's day!
Both Courageous locations in Elmhurst and Oak Park will have themed treats available for same day pick-up. However, we highly recommend that you pre-order online to ensure availability of your favorites while also making the experience seamless.
We will be offering deliveries on Feb 13 & 14. Minimum order size will be $36 (essentially one dozen cupcakes). Mix & match a few lower priced items to create an array of treats everyone is sure to love!
Our food trucks still have a few time slots left to bring the cupcakes to everyone you care about - at the office, school or party! Minimum order size is 125 individually wrapped cupcakes, while we can also offer some custom packages. Food truck fees apply based on location and time/duration.
